I had an awful experience last time I went. Oil change and a few swollen lug nuts getting changed, I was told 90 mins and was well over 3 hours. I wasn't notified at all and I had to call 4/5 times and got hung up on. All to know what was going on. However, my most recent visit was incredible. Randal was excellent and communication was crystal clear. I am happy that the service has turned around!

On Saturday Jan 10 , I took my car the Toyota Riverhead for a NY state inspection. Randal, the service advisor registered me into the system in a very pleasant and professional way. A real contrast with the cold rainy weather that day! As instructed I waited for about 1 hour and the car was ready. Always a great experience at Toyota Riverhead. Keep up the good work.
