Great service. Quick and easy. James was an amazing service advisor, couldn't have asked for anyone better. He was very kind, respectful, and understanding. Asked me my name, shook my hand, and explained everything in great detail. He kept me updated on anything that was going on with my vehicle, and even held the door multiple times so I could go to his desk when needing to sign paperwork. Overall, 5/5. Will always come here for service and maintenance.

This is my second used car purchase from Riverhead Toyota and the experience was great! No hassles. I picked out a car and I drove it away the same day. The people are really accommodating and very helpful. They got me a great loan rate and trade in value with no hidden add ons. Of course Toyota’s are a great product. The last car I purchased here lasted 300,000 miles. I’ll be back in the future to buy my next Toyota.

We absolutely love our new 2025 Toyota Prius PHEV XSE, and Ian was an incredible salesman to work with! This is actually the third Toyota we’ve purchased in the past three months—each from a different part of the country—but that’s a story for another time; for now, let’s just call it the price of having twins. We used Toyota’s SmartPath app to find a Prius Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) with the exact color and features we wanted—without extra add-ons that would increase the cost. Our main priorities were the right features, price, and delivery timeline. As a bonus, we also factored in location, travel costs, and things to do in the area. After about an hour of searching, we zeroed in on Riverhead Toyota in NY. Ian and the team at Riverhead Toyota made the entire process seamless. They delivered on every aspect, from pricing to communication. Ian even checked if Alabama requires a front license plate (it doesn’t) and made sure the team didn’t drill unnecessary holes in the car—a small but much-appreciated detail. He even had the car set aside, ready for our arrival. Despite my wife and my poor planning (I didn’t check his work schedule), Ian came in on his day off and even offered to pick us up from the airport! If you're in the market for a Toyota and live anywhere near NY—or just thinking of going to NY to catch a Broadway show—Ian is the guy to call. He’ll go the extra mile to make it happen. And if you do, be sure to ask him about the crazy engineering couple who traveled all the way from Alabama to buy a car!

Last week I brought my car in for its normal 105,000 miles maintenance. While there, I was told the front end received some damage while in the bay. No need for a lot of details except to say that no one was hurt. Before I even knew what had happened the person helping me (Ed) had arranged for a loaner while mine was repaired. There was no angst and really no delay as well. It simply could not have been handled better. I picked up my car today. All good. I’m most appreciative of the care shown me regarding this. Delightful car dealership! They do it all very well! Outstanding. Just picked up my new Rav4. The salesperson Kerry Nash was an absolute breath of fresh air. Really worked hard for us, went above and beyond. This is the second vehicle we've gotten here. The service department can be insanely busy, but they stay pretty much on time and do a good job too.
