I was dreading to go car shopping. I stopped into Riverhead Toyota because I was referred to them from a friend. I am SO HAPPY that I did !!! Matt and Craig made this the SIMPLEST task ever ! I was in and out within 2 hours with the most beautiful car and it fit all my wants . I HIGHLY Recommend anyone to come check them out !!! You will not be sorry that you did. I am one very happy customer who will be telling all my friends of my experience .

James in the service dept. killed it, guy knows all there is to know about Tacomas, and managed to not make me feel like an idiot. Very kind and friendly dude, will definitely request him next time I'm there. Four stars only bc i bought the truck like 3 months ago so I think they should've replaced the battery for free, but i'll live the car's like 7 years old.

I have purchased many cars but this was my first experience with Riverhead Toyota. The process was one of, if not the easiest purchase experience I've had. No back and forth nonsense, no pressured upsales, just a great car buying experience. I worked with Marshall as a Salesperson and Stacy from finance. Both were wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable. The truck was detailed and the paperwork was ready at the exact time that was promised and it was just an all around painless process.

very professional and thorough on time appointment

I have a 2017 Tacoma with the peeling paint recall. They sent my car to their contracted vendor and it came back with the pain corrected, but the vehicle was returned in need of a lot of cleaning. Eddie the assistant service manager worked with me and the vendor to make it right and I received the vehicle back clean with the paint work complete. Thank you Eddie for the help regarding this matter.
