Easy process from beginning to end. I was late for both my inspection and oil change and they got me in within a couple days of my call. Drop off was super smooth as someone came up to my car to start the check in. Pickup was just as easy. Everyone here very respectful and courteous. I was waiting for the call to sell me an air filter, wipers or some other nonsense you get from a lot of places but they didn’t try to upsell me at all. Highly recommend!

The Service Department especially Eddie Garcia, stepped up to help me when I had an issue with RAV4. I am here from Florida and was about head back when my A/C was damaged by a rock and a part needed to be replaced. They sourced the part and had it fixed within 24 hours after bringing it in to be diagnosed. García was was very accommodating and deserves a big shout out. Thank you Riverhead Toyota.
