I had such a great experience working with Michael at Riverhead Toyota! This was my first time buying a car, and he was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to walk me through every step of the process and answer all of my questions. He was always available whenever I needed help and even stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and comfortable.

Geselle was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was incredibly patient and never made me feel pressured while showing me all the options that would best fit my new lifestyle as a mom of twins. She thoroughly explained everything about my new van and kept me updated throughout the entire process until it arrived. 10/10 experience with her. Thank you Toyota!

I normally don't write reviews, but I truthfully feel that the effort and professionalism shown by our salesman Rob Moser was anything but ordinary, and deserves to be recognized. This was the smoothest car buying experience from start to finish (for both me and my husband). Toyota should be proud that they have someone like Rob representing them.

ssssooo... I would rather have "Edward scissor hands" check my prostate, than deal with the stress, and anxiety of going to a car dealership to look for a new car! but i haveto say that i actually had a very good experience over @ r.h. toyota... no complaints at all, i would def recommend. anyone that I came in contact with over there was easy to deal with and made the process simple, Jeff in sales was great, Arlene in finance was awesome, ( I guess due to some "creative book keeping" in my past the approval on my finance was a little "shaky" ) but she pulled it off...! a manager Mike came out into the car yard to address some questions I had about the electrical system on the vehicle, and the day of delivery i met Matt, total "god send", took his time went over all the #"s, a big help with things... peace L

My experience with the dealership wasn't without its challenges, and resolving an issue with a damaged tire took considerably more time and persistence than I had hoped. That said, I believe it's important to recognize when a business ultimately does the right thing and I appreciate that the situation was ultimately resolved fairly. Throughout the process, the dealership remained professional, and in the end they agreed to cover the full cost of the tire replacement. While I would have preferred a quicker resolution, I appreciate their willingness to work through the issue and stand behind the vehicle. Thank you to everyone involved for helping bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
