Very easy to get the appointment date I preferred. Service advisor Frank Schortemeyer walked me through the process from start to end. Wait time less than 2 hrs. Will visit again for my next maintenance.

Went in to buy a new Tacoma and was set up with Jay who was able to quickly get us looking at the model I was interested in without any pressure to get us to make a deal at that second.
