Very professional and detail explanation of service with costs. All the services provided was accomplished on time. The charges was within range of quote. They also had serviced my Lexus with the same level of quality.

Service itself was great. Wait time was horrific. Service personnel were fantastic but pressed by customers harassing them for time frames out of their control.

The salesman Marshall was so nice and polite and helpful. I love my Toyota RAV4

This is my second used car purchase from Riverhead Toyota and the experience was great! No hassles. I picked out a car and I drove it away the same day. The people are really accommodating and very helpful. They got me a great loan rate and trade in value with no hidden add ons. Of course Toyota’s are a great product. The last car I purchased here lasted 300,000 miles. I’ll be back in the future to buy my next Toyota.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! HAD THEM QUOTE ME A PRICE ON MY CAR FOR$635 WHEN I ARRIVE THER THEY TOLD ME IT WAS $1000 WORST PART IS THEY DIDNT EVEN USE TOYOTA PARTS THEY PUT AUTOZONE PARTS ON MY CAR PLEASE DONT USE THEM SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!! UPDATE: Had previously left a one star review, but after leaving the review, Eddy reached out to me and was able to resolve the issue in my review and give me partial refund.

I love it that they have hand car wash for 20 bucks Can't beat it mainly in the cold and they do a good job.

Delightful car dealership! They do it all very well! Outstanding. Just picked up my new Rav4. The salesperson Kerry Nash was an absolute breath of fresh air. Really worked hard for us, went above and beyond. This is the second vehicle we've gotten here. The service department can be insanely busy, but they stay pretty much on time and do a good job too.

Last week I brought my car in for its normal 105,000 miles maintenance. While there, I was told the front end received some damage while in the bay. No need for a lot of details except to say that no one was hurt. Before I even knew what had happened the person helping me (Ed) had arranged for a loaner while mine was repaired. There was no angst and really no delay as well. It simply could not have been handled better. I picked up my car today. All good. I’m most appreciative of the care shown me regarding this.
