We had an amazing experience using Charles as our salesman! For the second time!!! My first 4Runner I was in a horrible accident that totalled the vehicle - I walked away without a single scratch - SOS called my husband and the police immediately and gave comfort when it was needed most. Without hesitation I went back to Charles at Toyota for my newest purchase - it is a beautiful car - but Charles coming in on his day off for us to receive the car was the icing on the cake! The first car dealership I've ever had a completely positive experience in start to finish. I am absolutely blown away by how smoothly and easily everything occurred from first conversation to taking the keys and driving home in a new car. The entire service and finance department were phenomenal and helped every step of the way. Would recommend anyone looking for a toyota to skip shopping at other dealers and go straight here it'll be worth it.

Working with Paul Kohn was the most seamless & easy car experience I've ever had. I spent less than an hour in total at the dealership between the initial visit & picking up my vehicle, the rest of the process was done via text efficiently & on my own schedule. Gone are the days of losing a whole day as you go back & forth waiting at the dealership. Paul was incredibly helpful & responsive to all my inquiries to ensure I had all the options & information needed to make the best decision for me. I was pleasantly surprised to get my car earlier than expected & to find they included roof racks & all weather mats on the house. On top of that Paul thought of every detail & small touch & sent me off with a bottle of champagne & Velcro stickers for my EZ Pass. I can't recommend working with Paul at Riverhead Toyota enough if you want a seamless, no BS, efficient, & thoughtful car shopping experience.

Ended up going to riverhead first then Smithtown Toyota which I don’t recommend( salesperson didn’t seem interested in making a sale )I ended up buying a new car from riverhead instead and had a exceptional experience Kerry was great to work with and made the whole process very easy.

I purchased my new RAV4 hybrid from Riverhead Toyota yesterday working with Dan M. It was the easiest most pleasant car buying experience I have had in a long time! Dan was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to work with us to get to the right offer. The back office financial folks were pleasant did not overly pressure us as other car dealerships do.
